×Grainhouse Studio – Hire Terms & Conditions
By paying your invoice, you acknowledge and agree to the following Hire Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received.
Full payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All hire prices are for a 24-hour hire period unless otherwise stated.
Security Deposit
Selected hire items require a refundable security deposit. This will be clearly listed on your invoice where applicable.
The security deposit is refunded within 48 hours after all hire items have been collected and inspected, provided they are returned in their original condition.
Grainhouse Studio reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit to cover damage, loss, excessive cleaning, late return costs or repair/replacement expenses.
If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the security deposit, the hirer agrees to pay the remaining balance.
Delivery, Setup & Collection
Delivery, setup and collection are included within a 30km radius of Kingaroy.
Travel fees apply to locations outside this radius and will be quoted prior to booking.
Hire items remain the property of Grainhouse Studio at all times.
Care of Hire Items
The hirer agrees to:
Take reasonable care of all hire items during the hire period.
Keep hire items protected from theft, damage and adverse weather where possible.
Not move, alter or dismantle items after installation without prior approval from Grainhouse Studio.
Ensure hire items are available for collection at the agreed collection time.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or theft occurring during the hire period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged where applicable.
Balloons
Balloon garlands are designed for temporary event use. Grainhouse Studio cannot guarantee balloon longevity due to weather conditions, heat, direct sunlight, wind or handling after installation. Once the installation has been completed, responsibility for the balloons passes to the hirer.
Weather
All hire items are for indoor use or covered outdoor areas only. Grainhouse Studio does not permit installations in open or uncovered outdoor spaces. Any use of hire items outdoors must be within a suitably covered and protected area. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused by weather conditions, including wind, rain or exposure, if these conditions are not met.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund, excluding any non-refundable booking deposit if applicable.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit payments already made due to preparation and reserved booking time.
Any custom-made items, including personalised wording, are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Liability
Grainhouse Studio is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from the misuse of hire items. The hirer accepts responsibility for ensuring all hire items are used safely and appropriately throughout the hire period.

- Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to try on.
- Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

Hire Information
- Hire period is for 24 hours.
- A refundable $100 security bond applies to this product.

- Full cleaning of the machine is included in your hire package.
- The popcorn machine and all accessories remain the property of Grainhouse Studio and must be returned with all supplied components.
