Shipping & Postage
Thank you for supporting Grainhouse Studio. Every item is carefully handmade, engraved, or personalised to order from our studio in Queensland.
Processing Times
As all products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on current order volumes and the complexity of your order.
Estimated production times are typically:
- Standard products: 3–7 business days
- Personalised products: 5–10 business days
- Custom signage and event orders: Timeframes will be discussed during the ordering process
If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate on small items and standard orders
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
For large custom orders, event signage, or bulk business orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. A custom invoice will be provided prior to production.
Shipping times are in addition to production times and are estimated by Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand periods, and circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, Grainhouse Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Grainhouse Studio cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
