Our Event Hire collection has been carefully curated to help you create memorable celebrations with ease. From timber backdrops and statement arches to custom signage and event styling pieces, our hire range is designed to bring your vision to life.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, wedding, engagement, corporate event or special milestone, we're here to help create a space that feels uniquely yours.

Many of our favourite pieces have started as custom requests, and we're always happy to work with you to create something unique for your event. If you have a colour palette, theme or inspiration in mind, we'll do our best to make it happen.
What's Included
Our hire items are available for short-term hire and are professionally prepared before every event. Depending on the item you choose, you can add:
- Custom wording and personalised details
- Coordinating pieces to complete your event styling
- Bespoke designs created just for your celebration
Delivery & Collection
Free delivery and collection is included within 30 km of Kingaroy. For locations beyond 30 km, a delivery fee will apply and will be quoted when you book.
Booking Your Hire
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during busy event seasons.
Most hire items require a minimum of 14 days' notice. If your event is sooner, please get in touch—we'll always do our best to help if availability allows.
