At Grainhouse Studio, each item is carefully handmade and many products are personalised or custom-made to order.

Change of Mind

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour selections, or spelling and design details provided by the customer.

Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Handmade Products

Slight variations in colour, finish, engraving, timber grain, and other natural characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered faults.
